BOOKING POLICIES
DEPOSITS
Appointments will require a non-refundable deposit. The deposit will be taken online when booking.

Full Sets / Lash Lifts - $20
Fills - $10
Brow Laminations / Airbrush - $20
The deposit will go towards the final service total. Deposits may be transferred to another date or time with 24 hours notice.
If an appointment is canceled the same day the deposit will be lost.
LOCATION + PARKING + NOTICE
The closest major intersection is Kipling Ave and Lakeshore Blvd West.
The exact location will be provided after the booking is confirmed.
Parking is free AT THE REAR OF THE BUILDING. Please comply with the surrounding signage. Follow instructions in email for further parking info.

If you are running late, please let us know. We have a 15-minute grace period after which your appointment will be canceled and rescheduled with a new deposit.
PAYMENT
Payments are to be made in full at the end of the appointment.

We accept all major credit/debit cards but strongly encourage bringing cash to the appointment as all debit/credit transactions will be charged 13% HST & 3.5% processing fee.
​
We do not provide payment plans for appointments.
REFILLS
Refills are encouraged to be booked every 2.5-3 weeks.​
To be considered for a refill, you must have 40% of your lashes still on at the time of the appointment.'
Anything after 3.5 weeks (24 days)
is considered a full set.
CANCELLATION
If you would like to cancel your appointment you must do so 48 hours prior to the date of the appointment.

The deposit may be moved to another date/time or can be held on file for the future, However, all deposits are non-refundable.

All no-show appointments will be charged 50% of the service fee with the card on file.
TOUCH UPS
In the case of excessive or unusal fall out, free touch ups are provided up to 72 hours after the appointment. Please message us ASAP to schedule a touch-up.
Touch-ups and mini fills are two different appointments. Please do not come into a touch-up asking for a mini-fill.
Mini-fills are only considered up to 7 days after your appointment.

CONTRAINDICATIONS
Do not schedule an appointment if the following applies to you:
​
Have a bacterial infection on or around the eye/face/skin.
​
Received any surgical procedure to the face or eyes in the last 2 months.
​
Currently have open wounds, severe injuries, or illnesses
​
Lash/Brow Laminations can only be booked every 6-8 weeks.
​
Allergies or sensitivities to cyanoacrylate or PPD Dye/ Tints/Silicone or adhesives.​​
​
PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT
If it's your first time getting lash extensions, a patch test might be required to check for any allergic reactions to the adhesive or other products.
​
Arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes. Remove all eye makeup, including mascara, false glue, and eyeliner.
​
Avoid any caffeinated drinks 2-3 hours prior to your appointment to prevent jittering eyelids.
​
Ensure you have showered prior to your service as you are not able get the serviced area wet for 24 hours.
